I know I have been gone for awhile; I ended up returning back to school to extend my education. I have been a certified massage practitioner for years. I decide to go back to school for massage therapy because my business was booming with Relaxation Massage business. So why not just get License and do all type of massage such as therapeutic, sport, and deep tissue massage, right. I had been a strong believer to never limit yourself.
I was sick a couple of week ago, so I decided to go schedule a doctor appointment. My doctor decide to do some blood work. The next day my doctor call me and told me that my sugar level was a bit over the normal range. So overwhelming now I have to change my eating habits and exercise more. So I decided to add more protein and less sugar in my diet. Also, I visited Orange Theory in Mentor, OH which I did enjoy my visited.
